• 8 Hours of Audio and Visual for your event

  • This is commonly split up between meetings and an evening party event. We will work with you to ensure your needs are met!

• Speakers, Wireless Microphone(s)

• Projector and Projection Screen

• 1 On-site Support Staff

  • If no support is needed, they can serve as a microphone runner for questions, etc.

• 1 Venue Permitted. Ability to add additional venues. For example, if you have your meetings in a rented space during the day and a dinner at a separate location and need our services for both, it will incur an extra charge
